2. Pre-Beamtime PreparationNote: There is some preparation that the Users should be aware of before entering the Argonne National Laboratory.
Beamline Shipping Address: Name of Beamline Contact c/o your name Building 433-E030 (Sector 12) 9700 South Case Avenue Lemont, IL 60439 3. BeamtimeDuring you visit to Beamline there will be some Users will need Sector Specific Training that is specific to 12-ID-B. The beamline staff will give this training to the User once they are present at the beamline. This covers use of labspace, experimental hutch safety, and computer use at the beamline.Waste Management at 12-ID-B. Users should take their waste back with them to their institutions if possible. If this is not an option then the form link above needs to be filled out for 12BM to dispose of User waste. Leaving unlabeled waste at 12-ID-B could result in a User not being invited back to the Beamline. 4. Post-BeamtimeShipping User samples back to home Institutions can be done by beamline staff. The following form needs to be filled out by the User so beamline staff can get samples, tools, electronics safely shipped back to a User's home Institution.
